🎯 Bonus Multiplier Rules
Assign a custom multiplier to a specific collection handle or product type. Highest applicable multiplier wins.
👤 Customer Point Ledger
Manually award bonus points or correct a balance. Orders award points automatically — this is only for extras like a birthday bonus or a fix. Enter the customer email and amount. Positive = award, negative = deduct.
Customers redeeming on the website now have points deducted automatically. Use this only for phone/email orders or to fix a missed auto-deduction. Uses the email above.
