✨ Are your designs exclusive to Lillex Creations?

Yes! Every design available at Lillex Creations is created exclusively for the brand.

From fantasy-inspired artwork and celestial aesthetics to cozy bookish themes and whimsical adventures, all designs are created specifically for Lillex Creations and won't be found anywhere else.

That's part of what makes each collection feel a little more special. ✨

✨ Where are your products made?

Every item at Lillex Creations is made especially for you after you place your order.

Rather than keeping large amounts of inventory sitting on shelves, I partner with trusted print-on-demand production facilities that create each piece as it's ordered. This allows me to offer a growing collection of unique designs while reducing waste and avoiding unnecessary overproduction.

Because your item is made just for you, production takes a little longer than purchasing from a large retail store—but it also means your order is created with intention rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

I believe creating products on demand is a more thoughtful approach that helps reduce excess inventory while allowing a small business like Lillex Creations to continue bringing new ideas and designs to life.

✨ Do colors appear exactly as shown on screen?

I do my best to ensure product images accurately represent each design, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings, brightness, and display type.

Small variations between what you see on your screen and the finished printed product are completely normal and are not considered defects.

No matter where your treasure arrives, every design is created with the same care and attention to detail. 🦋

✨ Do you restock sold-out items?

Most products remain available year-round, but some designs, VIP releases, seasonal items, and clearance products may be retired from the shop without notice.

Once a design moves to clearance or is retired, it may not return.

If you've discovered a treasure you absolutely love, I recommend adding it to your collection before it disappears into the storybooks. 📚✨

✨ Can I suggest a collection theme or design idea?

Absolutely!

Some of the best ideas begin with customer suggestions.

If there's a theme, aesthetic, quote, fandom-inspired concept, fantasy creature, or design style you'd love to see, I'd love to hear about it.

While I can't guarantee every suggestion will become a product, customer ideas often inspire future collections, designs, and special releases.

✨ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Every piece from Lillex Creations is made especially for you after you place your order. Because of this, your order will spend a little time being carefully crafted before it begins its journey to your doorstep.

🦋 Production Time: 4–7 business days
📦 Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

While many orders arrive sooner, please allow up to 14 days for your treasure to arrive.

At this time, we ship only within the United States and do not offer expedited shipping options.

As soon as your order sets off on its adventure, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

✨ Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Lillex Creations ships exclusively within the United States.

While I'd love to send treasures to dreamers around the world someday, international shipping is not currently available.

If this changes in the future, you'll be the first to hear about it through our email list and social media pages. Until then, all orders must be shipped to a U.S. address. 🇺🇸✨

✨ How do I track my order?

Once your order has been created and shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Because each item is made to order, tracking information becomes available after production and fulfillment have been completed.

As soon as your package begins its journey, you'll be able to follow its adventure right to your doorstep. 📦✨

✨ Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Sometimes treasures take different paths on their journey home.

Because products may be produced and shipped from different production facilities, orders containing multiple items can occasionally arrive in separate packages and on different days.

If part of your order arrives first, don't worry! The rest of your items are likely still traveling and should arrive shortly.

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment so you can follow every package along its adventure. 📦✨

✨ What happens if my package is lost in transit?

While most packages arrive safely, occasionally one may wander off its intended path.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll work with the shipping carrier to try to locate it.

If the package cannot be found, I'll arrange for a replacement order to be produced and shipped. Because all items are made to order, please allow up to 7 additional business days for production before the replacement begins its journey.

✨ What is your return and exchange policy?

I want you to love your order as much as I loved creating it! If something isn't quite right, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

🦋 In new condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because some treasures are made especially for a specific purpose, the following items are currently final sale and cannot be returned:

As Lillex Creations grows and new product types are added, additional final sale items may be listed on individual product pages.

✨ What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

While I hope every order arrives safely and ready for its new home, sometimes a package may encounter a little trouble on its journey.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery so I can make things right.

To help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Once I receive your information, I'll review the issue and work with you to provide either a replacement item or a refund.

Because every item is made specifically for you and production begins quickly after an order is submitted, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.
